In2Computers provides professional technology services including managed I.T. support, Microsoft 365 services, cloud solutions, networking, wireless networking, backup and recovery, cybersecurity services, VoIP and cloud PBX solutions, hardware and software procurement, CCTV solutions, server support, remote support and onsite technical support.
Service availability may depend on location, infrastructure, third-party providers and the client’s existing technology environment.
3. Support Services
We make reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve support requests promptly. Response and resolution times may vary depending on the nature of the issue, service agreement, technician availability, third-party dependencies and the complexity of the problem.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, valid access credentials where required, reasonable access to systems, valid software licensing, user cooperation and suitable working conditions for onsite support.
5. Third-Party Services
Many technology solutions rely on third-party products or services, including Microsoft, Veeam, Ubiquiti / UniFi, internet service providers, domain registrars, hosting providers, VoIP providers and hardware manufacturers. In2Computers is not responsible for outages, service changes, pricing changes or failures caused by third-party providers.
6. Cybersecurity
In2Computers may implement reasonable security measures and recommendations; however, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee protection against malware, ransomware, phishing, user negligence, compromised passwords or third-party breaches.
7. Backup and Data Protection
Backup and recovery solutions are designed to reduce the risk of data loss, but no backup system can guarantee recovery in every scenario. Recovery times may vary depending on data size, system condition, backup integrity and infrastructure availability.
8. Hardware and Software
Hardware and software supplied by In2Computers are subject to manufacturer warranties, vendor terms and software licensing agreements. Ownership of supplied goods remains with In2Computers until paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Website Use
Users may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, disrupt website functionality, copy content unlawfully or use the website for illegal purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, In2Computers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, reputational damage or loss caused by third-party providers.
11. Confidentiality
Information obtained during service delivery will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services, unless disclosure is required by law or authorised by the client.
12. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or agreed quotation. Late payment may result in suspension of services, delayed support, withholding of goods or account restrictions.
13. Service Suspension
In2Computers may suspend services where accounts remain unpaid, services are misused, unlawful activity is detected, support access is abused or security risks threaten service integrity.
14. Changes to Services
In2Computers may modify, improve, replace or discontinue service offerings where reasonably necessary.
15. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website or during service delivery will be handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including POPIA.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
